Pentru prevenirea unor incidente, DSP Vrancea recomand\u0103 popula\u0163iei s\u0103 urmeze sfaturile medicilor \u015fi s\u0103 evite, pe c\u00e2t posibil, expunerea prelungit\u0103 la soare \u00eentre orele 11 \u015fi 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lumina soarelui \u015fi razele ultraviolete au un rol esen\u0163ial \u00een dezvoltarea corpului, mai ales a oaselor, prin sintetizarea vitaminei D \u015fi \u00een tratarea rahitismului, care trebuie tratat din copil\u0103rie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expunerea la razele UVA stimuleaz\u0103 \u015fi produc\u0163ia de melanin\u0103, pigmentul care coloreaz\u0103 pielea \u015fi ne bronzeaz\u0103. Melanina absoarbe at\u00e2t radia\u0163iile UVA, c\u00e2t \u015fi pe cele UVB, protej\u00e2nd pielea de efectele negative ale radia\u0163iilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expunerea prelungit\u0103 la soare are \u00eens\u0103 \u015fi efecte d\u0103un\u0103toare, cum sunt accelerarea \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirii pielii \u015fi \u00een unele cazuri, apari\u0163ia cancerului de piele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razele UV sunt un tip de radia\u0163ii electromagnetice emanate de soare. Dintre toate razele UV, cele nocive sunt cele de tip UVA \u015fi UVB, care nu pot fi blocate de stratul de ozon, ajung pe p\u0103m\u00e2nt \u015fi afecteaz\u0103 corpul uman, dar \u015fi obiectele de pe p\u0103m\u00e2nt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razele UVA pot afecta ADN-ul celulelor pielii, fiind asociate cu daunele aduse acesteia pe termen lung \u2013 apari\u0163ia ridurilor \u015fi \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirea pielii. Totodat\u0103, aceste raze au un rol important \u015fi \u00een apari\u0163ia unor tipuri de cancer de piele. \u00cen general, saloanele de bronzare emana o cantitate mare de radia\u0163ii UVA, despre care este demonstrat \u015ftiin\u0163ific c\u0103 m\u0103resc riscul de cancer de piele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razele UVB sunt mai puternice dec\u00e2t razele UVA. Acestea pot afecta ADN-ul celular al pielii, \u00eens\u0103 totodat\u0103 sunt responsabile \u015fi pentru arsurile solare. Mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t, ele pot cauza \u015fi cancer de piele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razele UVC sunt cele mai puternice radia\u0163ii ultraviolete, \u00eens\u0103 din fericire acestea nu p\u0103trund prin atmosfera \u015fi nu fac parte din lumin\u0103 soarelui.
