Chiar dac\u0103 termenii sunt cita\u021bi din declara\u021biile unui salariat DSP, \u00a0utilizarea \u0219i asumarea lor de c\u0103tre publica\u021bie dau o conota\u021bie nepotrivit\u0103 rolului pe care DSP Vrancea \u00eel are \u00een desf\u0103\u0219urarea activit\u0103\u021bii de s\u0103n\u0103tate public\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ca de fiecare dat\u0103, c\u00e2nd e vorba de reliefat activitatea DSP Vrancea din partea publica\u021biei care g\u0103zduie\u0219te articolul, asist\u0103m, din p\u0103cate, la un nou spectacol mediatic gratuit, promovat doar din dorin\u021ba senza\u021bionalului de\u0219\u0103n\u021bat croit pe o problem\u0103 intern\u0103 dintr-o institu\u021bie public\u0103. Constat\u0103m c\u0103 pe autorul articolului mai pu\u021bin \u00eel intereseaz\u0103 starea de s\u0103n\u0103tate a salariatului, \u00een esen\u021b\u0103 destul de grav\u0103, \u0219i efortul conducerii DSP Vrancea de a aplana o situa\u021bie imprevizibil\u0103, chiar de periclitare a siguran\u021bei celorlal\u021bi salaria\u021bi din cadrul institu\u021biei. Sunt trecute \u00een derizoriu \u00eens\u0103\u0219i declara\u021biile directorului executiv al DSP Vrancea care a accentuat c\u0103 nu a interzis accesul salariatului, dar revenirea acestuia \u00een activitate, dup\u0103 parcurgerea concediului medical timp de un an de zile, trebuie f\u0103cut\u0103 conform legii (prevederile art. 6-8 din H.G. 355\/2007 actualizat\u0103 2021), prin efectuarea fi\u0219ei de aptitudini de la medicina muncii. \u00cen consecin\u021b\u0103, solicitarea conducerii DSP Vrancea a fost \u00een temeiul legal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DSP Vrancea r\u0103m\u00e2ne o institu\u021bie fidel\u0103 scopului realiz\u0103rii politicilor \u0219i programelor na\u021bionale de s\u0103n\u0103tate public\u0103, promotoare a codului de etic\u0103 \u0219i conduit\u0103 profesional\u0103 \u0219i care respect\u0103 toate drepturile angaja\u021bilor \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te exercitarea atribu\u021biilor ce li se cuvin prin fi\u0219a postului, manifest\u00e2nd grij\u0103 \u0219i aten\u021bie fa\u021b\u0103 de s\u0103n\u0103tatea personalului.<\/strong><\/p><div id=\"dspvn-1750097644\" class=\"dspvn-continut dspvn-entity-placement\"
