{"id":4118,"date":"2021-10-07T12:51:26","date_gmt":"2021-10-07T09:51:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dspvn.ro\/?p=4118"},"modified":"2021-10-07T12:51:26","modified_gmt":"2021-10-07T09:51:26","slug":"campanie-nationala-de-informare-despre-efectele-nutritiei-alimentatiei","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dspvn.ro\/index.php\/2021\/10\/07\/campanie-nationala-de-informare-despre-efectele-nutritiei-alimentatiei\/","title":{"rendered":"Campanie na\u021bional\u0103 de informare despre efectele nutri\u021biei\/alimenta\u021biei"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Direc\u0163ia de S\u0103n\u0103tate Public\u0103 Vrancea, \u00een parteneriat cu ISJ, medicii de familie, medicii nutri\u021bioni\u0219ti, gastroenterologi,&nbsp; societ\u0103\u021bi comerciale, &nbsp;organizeaz\u0103 \u00een luna octombrie 2021 <strong>campania de informare \u015fi educare dedicat\u0103 inform\u0103rii despre alimenta\u021bia s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103<\/strong>, respectiv semnifica\u021bia consumului de fructe, legume, verde\u021buri \u0219i cereale integrale asupra organismului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alimenta\u021bia nes\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 este unul din cei 4 factori de risc comportamental modificabili (al\u0103turi de fumat, consum de alcool \u0219i inactivitatea fizic\u0103), care contribuie la apari\u021bia majorit\u0103\u021bii bolilor cronice importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alimenta\u021bia nes\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 genereaz\u0103 obezitate la copii, \u00een cre\u0219tere alarmant\u0103 \u00een Europa \u0219i \u00eentreaga lume, cu consecin\u021be importante asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii fizice \u0219i mentale a copiilor, \u0219i un risc semnificativ de multiplicare a bolilor cronice la copii \u0219i adul\u021bi. Alimenta\u021bia nes\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103, combinat\u0103 cu inactivitatea fizic\u0103, cre\u0219te semnificativ riscul de boli cronice netransmisibile la adul\u021bi: \u00een special boli cardiovasculare (BCV), cancer, hipertensiune arteriala (HTA), obezitate \u0219i diabet zaharat de tip 2 (DZ2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Statisticile recente ale Organiza\u021biei Mondiale ale S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii (OMS) situeaz\u0103 Rom\u00e2nia \u00eentre \u021b\u0103rile europene cu cea mai mic\u0103 speran\u021b\u0103 de via\u021b\u0103 (locul 35). Primele 5 cauze de deces se refer\u0103 la afec\u021biuni av\u00e2nd leg\u0103tur\u0103 direct\u0103 cu stilul de via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i implicit cu alimenta\u021bia: boala coronarian\u0103, accidentul vascular, HTA, boal\u0103 hepatic\u0103 \u0219i cancerul, \u00een cazul acestora alimenta\u021bia juc\u00e2nd un rol important. Astfel, o diet\u0103 s\u0103rac\u0103 \u00een cereale integrale este definit\u0103 ca un consum mediu zilnic (\u00een grame pe zi) de mai pu\u021bin de 90 grame de cereale integrale, fiind considerat al doilea factor de risc (ce \u021bine de diet\u0103, dup\u0103 consumul de sare), de morbiditate \u0219i mortalitate prin bolile cardiovasculare, diabet \u0219i cancer. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te consumul sc\u0103zut de fructe, definit\u0103 ca un consum mediu zilnic (\u00een grame pe zi) de mai pu\u021bin de 310-340 grame de fructe (inclusiv proaspete, fructe congelate, fierte, conservate sau uscate, cu excep\u021bia sucurilor de fructe \u0219i a fructelor s\u0103rate sau murate) este al treilea factor de risc atribuibil. Dieta cu con\u021binut sc\u0103zut de legume este definit\u0103 ca fiind consumul mediu (\u00een grame pe zi) de mai pu\u021bin de 280-320 g de legume (inclusiv legume proaspete, congelate, fierte, conservate sau uscate \u0219i cu excep\u021bia leguminoaselor, legumelor s\u0103rate sau murate, sucurilor, nucilor \u0219i semin\u021be \u0219i legume cu amidon &#8211; de exemplu, cartofi), considerat ca fiind cel de-al nou\u0103lea factor de risc dietetic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen r\u00e2ndul statelor membre ale UE, consumul zilnic cel mai r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit de fructe a fost \u00een Italia (85 % din popula\u021bie) \u0219i \u00een Portugalia (81 %). \u00cen schimb, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia doar 42% din popula\u021bie consuma fructe zilnic: \u00cen timp ce, \u00een majoritatea statelor membre, \u00eentre 50% \u0219i 80% din popula\u021bie a raportat un consum de legume zilnic, existau cinci state membre \u00een care propor\u021bia era sub 50%: Ungaria (30%), Rom\u00e2nia (41%), Letonia (44%), Lituania \u0219i Bulgaria (ambele cu 45%). C\u00e2t prive\u0219te consumul cerealor integrale, acesta este foarte sc\u0103zut \u00een \u021bara noastr\u0103, 16-17 g\/zi fa\u021b\u0103 de \u021b\u0103ri ca Suedia cu un consum de 80g\/zi, Olanda 87g\/zi \u0219i Germania 120-130 g\/zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scopul campaniei: cre\u0219terea gradului de con\u0219tientizare cu privire la rolul important al fructelor, legumelor \u0219i produselor con\u021bin\u00e2nd cereale integrale \u00een nutri\u021bia uman\u0103, securitatea alimentar\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grupul \u021bint\u0103 al campaniei este popula\u021bia general\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sloganul campaniei este: <strong>\u201eFructele, legumele \u0219i cerealele integrale sunt elementele esen\u021biale dietei.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obiectivele campaniei:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Informarea popula\u021biei cu privire la o alimenta\u021bie s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103<\/li><li>Con\u0219tientizarea popula\u021biei \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te riscurile unei alimenta\u021bii nes\u0103n\u0103toase<\/li><li>\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea st\u0103rii de s\u0103n\u0103tate a popula\u021biei prin reducerea \u00eemboln\u0103virilor cauzate de regimul alimentar necorespunz\u0103tor<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin activit\u0103\u0163ile derulate \u0219i anume distribuirea pliantelor &nbsp;dorim s\u0103 con\u015ftientiz\u0103m popula\u0163ia general\u0103 privind beneficiile activit\u0103\u021bii fizice \u015fi responsabilitatea pe care o are \u00een men\u0163inerea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministerul S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii, prin Institutul Na\u0163ional de S\u0103n\u0103tate Public\u0103, asigur\u0103 coordonarea la nivel na\u0163ional a acestei campanii.\u00a0 La nivel jude\u0163ean coordonarea este asigurat\u0103 de Direc\u021bia de S\u0103n\u0103tate Public\u0103 Vrancea &#8211;
