{"id":5558,"date":"2022-10-13T01:53:19","date_gmt":"2022-10-12T22:53:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dspvn.ro\/?p=5558"},"modified":"2022-10-13T02:00:41","modified_gmt":"2022-10-12T23:00:41","slug":"campania-nutritie-alimentatie-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dspvn.ro\/index.php\/2022\/10\/13\/campania-nutritie-alimentatie-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"CAMPANIA NUTRI\u021aIE \/ ALIMENTA\u021aIE 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>ZIUA NA\u0162IONAL\u0102 A ALIMENTA\u021aIEI \u0218I A COMBATERII RISIPEI ALIMENTARE<br>-16 OCTOMBRIE 2022<\/strong>&#8211;<br>   Campania \u201cAlimentatie sanatoasa pentru toti \u2013 Importanta consumului de cereale integrale\u201d, este dedicata promovarii nutritiei diversificate, bazate pe fructe si legume, care sa includa cereale integrale, ca factor essential in mentinerea unei vieti lungi si sanatoase.<br>\u2022 O alimenta\u021bie s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 ajut\u0103 la prelungirea vietii si prevenirea numeroaselor boli netransmisibile (BNT), cum ar fi: boli cardiovasculare, diabet, cancer, boli mintale, etc. Cu toate acestea, produc\u021bia crescut\u0103 de alimente procesate, urbanizarea rapid\u0103 \u0219i schimbarea stilului de via\u021b\u0103 au dus la o schimbare a tiparelor alimentare. Zaharurile libere sunt toate zaharurile ad\u0103ugate \u00een alimente sau b\u0103uturi de c\u0103tre produc\u0103tor, buc\u0103tar sau consumator, precum \u0219i zaharurile prezente \u00een mod natural \u00een miere, siropuri, sucuri de fructe \u0219i concentrate de suc de fructe.<br>\u2022 Mai pu\u021bin de 30% din aportul total de energie din gr\u0103simi . Gr\u0103simile nesaturate (se g\u0103sesc \u00een pe\u0219te, avocado, nuci \u0219i \u00een uleiurile de floarea soarelui, soia, \u0219i m\u0103sline) sunt de preferat gr\u0103similor saturate (care se g\u0103sesc \u00een carnea gras\u0103, unt, ulei de palmier \u0219i ulei de cocos, sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103, br\u00e2nz\u0103 \u0219i untur\u0103) \u0219i trans &#8211; inclusiv gr\u0103simi trans produse industrial (care se g\u0103sesc \u00een alimente coapte \u0219i pr\u0103jite, gust\u0103ri \u0219i alimente preambalate, cum ar fi pizza congelat\u0103, pl\u0103cinte, fursecuri, biscui\u021bi, napolitane, tartine) \u0219i gr\u0103simi trans provenite de la rumeg\u0103toare (se g\u0103sesc \u00een carne \u0219i lactate de la animale rumeg\u0103toare, cum ar fi vacile, oile, caprele \u0219i c\u0103milele). Se recomand\u0103 ca aportul de gr\u0103simi saturate s\u0103 fie redus la mai pu\u021bin de 10% din aportul total de energie \u0219i gr\u0103simile trans la mai pu\u021bin de 1% din aportul total de energie. Gr\u0103simile trans produse industrial nu fac parte dintr-o diet\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 \u0219i ar trebui evitate .<br>\u2022 Mai pu\u021bin de 5 g de sare (echivalentul a aproximativ o linguri\u021b\u0103) pe zi . Sarea trebuie iodat\u0103.<br>\u2022 Pentru sugari \u0219i copii mici:<br>\u2022 Sfaturile pentru o alimenta\u021bie s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 pentru sugari \u0219i copii sunt similare cu cele pentru adul\u021bi, dar urm\u0103toarele elemente sunt, de asemenea, importante: sugarii trebuie al\u0103pta\u021bi exclusiv \u00een primele 6 luni de via\u021b\u0103; sugarii trebuie al\u0103pta\u021bi continuu p\u00e2n\u0103 la v\u00e2rsta de 2 ani \u0219i mai mult; de la v\u00e2rsta de 6 luni, laptele matern trebuie completat cu o varietate de alimente adecvate, sigure \u0219i bogate \u00een nutrien\u021bi. Sarea \u0219i zaharurile nu trebuie ad\u0103ugate \u00een alimenta\u021bie.<br>   Alimenta\u021bia nes\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 este unul din cei patru factori de risc comportamental modificabili (al\u0103turi de fumat, consum de alcool \u0219i inactivitatea fizic\u0103), care contribuie la apari\u021bia majorit\u0103\u021bii bolilor cronice importante .<br>   Cerealele integrale sunt considerate componente semnificative ale unei diete s\u0103n\u0103toase. Consumul de cereale integrale este asociat cu o reducere a riscului de a dezvolta boli netransmisibile .<br>Aproximativ 70 de grame de cereale integrale pe zi pentru femei \u0219i aproximativ 90 de grame pentru b\u0103rba\u021bi este considerat un aport benefic pentru o alimenta\u021bie s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103.<br>   Cerealele sunt alimente de baz\u0103 \u0219i constituie o surs\u0103 major\u0103 de carbohidra\u021bi, proteine \u0219i fibre pentru popula\u021bia lumii. \u00cen plus, ele con\u021bin vitamine (vitaminele B), minerale (zinc, fosfor, magneziu, fier), compu\u0219i bioactivi (cum ar fi antioxidan\u021bii) \u0219i alte substan\u021be fitochimice.
