RECOMAND\u0102RI PENTRU LIMITAREA CRE\u015eTERII TEMPERATURII \u00ceN LOCUIN\u0162E:<\/em><\/strong><br>\u2022 \u00eenchide\u0163i ferestrele expuse la soare, trage\u0163i jaluzelele \u015fi\/sau draperiile;<br>\u2022 \u021bine\u0163i ferestrele \u00eenchise pe toat\u0103 perioada \u00een care temperatura exterioar\u0103 este superioar\u0103 celei din locuin\u0163\u0103;<br>\u2022 deschide\u0163i ferestrele seara t\u00e2rziu, noaptea \u015fi diminea\u0163a devreme, pentru a provoca curen\u0163i de aer care s\u0103 favorizeze ventilarea \u00eenc\u0103perilor;<br>\u2022 stinge\u0163i sau sc\u0103de\u0163i intensitatea luminii artificiale;<br>\u2022 \u00eenchide\u0163i orice aparat electro-casnic de care nu ave\u0163i nevoie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d3b7f9298db0a2bd8e98ef4219ceedcc\"><strong><em>C. RECOMAND\u0102RI PENTRU PERSOANELE CARE APAR\u021aIN UNOR GRUPURI VULNERABILE:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Recomand\u0103ri pentru sugari \u0219i copiii mici:<\/em><\/strong><br>\u2022 asigura\u021bi un ambient ferit de c\u0103ldur\u0103, umiditate excesiv\u0103 \u0219i curen\u021bi de aer;<br>\u2022 nu modifica\u021bi regimul de alimenta\u021bie al copilului prin introducerea de alimente noi \u00een aceasta perioad\u0103;<br>\u2022 asigura\u021bi hidratarea corespunz\u0103toare a copiilor; \u00een cazul sugarilor, mama va al\u0103pta ori de c\u00e2te ori sugarul solicit\u0103;<br>\u2022 \u00eembr\u0103ca\u021bi copiii lejer, cu h\u0103inu\u021be din materiale naturale;<br>\u2022 copilul va fi scos din cas\u0103 numai \u00een afara perioadelor caniculare din zi \u0219i, obligatoriu, asigura\u021bi protec\u021bia capului acestuia cu o p\u0103l\u0103rie cu boruri mari;<br>\u2022 evita\u021bi expunerea direct\u0103 la soare a copiilor cu v\u00e2rsta sub 6 luni;<br>\u2022 evita\u021bi plimb\u0103rile \u00een intervalul orar 10<sup>00<\/sup> &#8211; 18<sup>00<\/sup>; pentru plimbare alege\u021bi zonele cu umbr\u0103;<br>\u2022 acorda\u021bi copiilor ap\u0103 plat\u0103, ceai foarte slab \u00eendulcit, fructe proaspete \u0219i foarte bine sp\u0103late;<br>\u2022 mamele care al\u0103pteaz\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 se hidrateze corespunz\u0103tor cu ap\u0103 plat\u0103, ceai slab \u00eendulcit sau sucuri naturale de fructe f\u0103cute \u00een cas\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 adaos de conservan\u021bi; acestea vor evita consumul de cafea \u0219i alcool \u0219i vor avea grij\u0103 s\u0103 men\u021bin\u0103 o igien\u0103 riguroas\u0103 a s\u00e2nului, la fel \u0219i cea general\u0103;<br>\u2022 la cel mai mic semn de suferin\u021b\u0103 al copilului sau al mamei, prezenta\u021bi-v\u0103 la medicul de familie pentru a se decide conduita terapeutic\u0103;<br>\u2022 acorda\u021bi aten\u021bie deosebit\u0103 condi\u021biilor de igien\u0103, at\u00e2t pentru copil c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru mam\u0103. Copilul va purta haine \u0219i\/sau scutece curate \u0219i uscate, iar mama se va \u00eengriji de igiena riguroas\u0103 a pielii acestuia. \u00cen acest sens, \u00eemb\u0103ia\u021bi copilul cel pu\u021bin o dat\u0103 pe zi \u0219i, obligatoriu, seara la culcare. \u00cen restul timpului copilului i se va face toaleta local\u0103 sau ori de c\u00e2te ori este nevoie;<br>\u2022 copiilor pre\u0219colari li se vor face du\u0219uri cu ap\u0103 la temperatura camerei;<br>\u2022 frecventa\u021bi locurile de joac\u0103 amplasate doar la umbr\u0103, \u00een afara orelor de canicul\u0103 \u0219i proteja\u021bi capul, fa\u021ba \u0219i g\u00e2tul copiilor cu p\u0103l\u0103rii cu boruri largi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Recomand\u0103ri pentru copiii afla\u021bi \u00een tabere:<\/em><\/strong><br>\u2022 asigura\u021bi cazarea copiilor \u00een condi\u021bii corespunz\u0103toare;<br>\u2022 acorda\u021bi copiilor numai alimente proaspete, \u00een condi\u021biile respect\u0103rii riguroase a normelor de igien\u0103;<br>\u2022 acorda\u021bi o aten\u021bie deosebit\u0103 hidrat\u0103rii corespunz\u0103toare a copiilor;<br>\u2022 asigura\u021bi supravegherea permanent\u0103 a copiilor;<br>\u2022 amplasa\u021bi locurile de joac\u0103 doar la umbra \u0219i organiza\u021bi activit\u0103\u021bile copiilor astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t acestea s\u0103 \u0219e desf\u0103\u0219oare \u00een afara orelor de canicul\u0103;<br>\u2022 acolo unde este cazul, sc\u0103ldatul se va realiza sub supravegherea absolut\u0103 a \u00eenso\u021bitorului.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recomand\u0103ri pentru persoanele v\u00e2rstnice \u0219i cu afec\u021biuni cronice:<br>\u2022 asigura\u021bi un ambient care s\u0103 nu suprasolicite capacitatea de adaptare a organismului;<br>\u2022 hidrata\u021bi-v\u0103 corespunz\u0103tor cu ap\u0103 plat\u0103, ceai slab \u00eendulcit sau sucuri naturale de fructe f\u0103cute \u00een cas\u0103 \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 adaos de conservan\u021bi;<br>\u2022 utiliza\u021bi o alimenta\u021bie bazat\u0103, predominant, pe legume \u0219i fructe proaspete;<br>\u2022 consuma\u021bi numai alimente proaspete, achizi\u021bionate din magazinele care dispun de instala\u021bii frigorifice func\u021bionale pentru p\u0103strarea alimentelor. Evita\u021bi consumul alimentelor cu risc de perisabilitate;<br>\u2022 se recomand\u0103 evitarea consumului de alcool \u0219i cafea \u00een timpul caniculei;<br>\u2022 evita\u021bi circula\u021bia pe strad\u0103, \u00een perioadele de v\u00e2rf ale caniculei sau, dac\u0103 deplasarea este absolut necesar\u0103, folosi\u021bi \u00eembr\u0103c\u0103minte u\u0219oar\u0103, din materiale naturale \u0219i purta\u021bi pe cap o p\u0103l\u0103rie de protec\u021bie;<br>\u2022 persoanele care sufer\u0103 de anumite afec\u021biuni \u00ee\u0219i vor continua tratamentul conform indica\u021biilor medicului. Este util ca \u00een aceste perioade, persoanele cu afec\u021biuni cronice: cardio-vasculare, hepatice, renale, pulmonare, mentale s\u0103 consulte medicul curant \u00een vederea adapt\u0103rii schemei terapeutice la condi\u021biile existente;<br>\u2022 men\u021bine\u021bi cu rigurozitate igiena personal\u0103, prin efectuarea a c\u00e2te 3 &#8211; 4 du\u0219uri \/ zi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5740d8f31d1a689fb5d073e93168cf58\"><strong><em>D. RECOMAND\u0102RI PENTRU PERSOANELE CARE, PRIN NATURA ACTIVIT\u0102\u021aILOR LOR, DEPUN UN EFORT FIZIC DEOSEBIT:<\/em><\/strong><br>\u2022 se recomand\u0103 dozarea efortului fizic \u00een functie de perioadele zilei, \u00eencerc\u00e2nd evitarea excesului de efort \u00een v\u00e2rfurile de canicul\u0103. Dac\u0103 temperatura este foarte ridicat\u0103, se va proceda la stoparea activit\u0103\u021bii;<br>\u2022 hidrata\u021bi-v\u0103 corespunz\u0103tor cu ap\u0103 plat\u0103, ceai slab \u00eendulcit sau sucuri naturale de fructe f\u0103cute \u00een cas\u0103 \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 adaos de conservan\u021bi;<br>\u2022 este contraindicat consumul de alcool \u0219i cafea \u00een timpul caniculei;<br>\u2022 utiliza\u021bi un echipament corespunz\u0103tor din materiale naturale \u0219i proteja\u021bi-v\u0103<br>capul de efectele c\u0103ldurii excesive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-be25abbd65c80548f600609acae80674\"><strong><em>E. RECOMAND\u0102RI PENTRU ANGAJATORI:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pentru ameliorarea condi\u021biilor de munc\u0103:<br>\u2022 asigurarea ventila\u021biei la locul de munc\u0103;<br>\u2022 alternarea efortului dinamic cu cel static;<br>\u2022 alternarea perioadelor de lucru cu perioadele de repaus \u00een locuri umbrite, cu curen\u021bi de aer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pentru men\u021binerea st\u0103rii de s\u0103n\u0103tate a anagaja\u021bilor:<br>\u2022 asigura\u021bi ap\u0103 potabil\u0103 \u00een cantitate de 2 &#8211; 4 litri\/persoana\/schimb;<br>\u2022 asigura\u021bi echipamentului individual de protec\u021bie;<br>\u2022 asigura\u021bi accesul persoanelor la du\u0219uri.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2e239d03ef656d4747684b95570a5eff\"><strong><em>F.
