Stresul termic este cauza principal\u0103 a deceselor cauzate de vreme, acesta put\u00e2nd exacerba bolile cardiovasculare, diabetul, afec\u021biunile mintale, astmul \u0219i poate cre\u0219te riscul de accidente \u0219i transmitere a unor boli infec\u021bioase. Insola\u021bia este o urgen\u021b\u0103 medical\u0103.<br>   Vulnerabilitatea la c\u0103ldur\u0103 este determinat\u0103 at\u00e2t de factori fiziologici, cum ar fi v\u00e2rsta (b\u0103tr\u00e2nii, sugarii \u0219i copiii) \u0219i starea de s\u0103n\u0103tate (prezen\u021ba afec\u021biunilor cronice), c\u00e2t \u0219i de factori de expunere, cum ar fi ocupa\u021bia (de exemplu: lucrul \u00een aer liber sau \u00een zone f\u0103r\u0103 ventila\u021bie sau aer condi\u021bionat) \u0219i condi\u021biile socio-economice (de exemplu: persoane f\u0103r\u0103 ad\u0103post, locuin\u021be construite inadecvat, f\u0103r\u0103 posibilitate de a r\u0103ci \u00eenc\u0103perile).<br>    Mortalitatea cauzat\u0103 de c\u0103ldur\u0103 pentru persoanele cu v\u00e2rsta peste 65 de ani a crescut cu aproximativ 85% \u00eentre 2000\u20132004 \u0219i 2017\u201320212. \u00cen Europa, \u00een vara anului 2022, s-a \u00eenregistrat un num\u0103r de aproximativ 61 672 de decese cauzate de c\u0103ldur\u0103 .<br>    \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, expunerea prelungit\u0103 la radia\u021biile ultraviolete (UV) poate produce leziuni ale pielii expuse (arsuri), iar pe termen lung, prin expunere cumulat\u0103, poate determina leziuni maligne cutanate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-25a173797578fe5359ca20edce123bea\"><strong>RECOMAND\u0102RI PENTRU POPULA\u021aIE \u00ceN CAZ DE CANICUL\u0102<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6f9201d16b5bae62ff796c19f7465433\"><strong><em>Evita\u021bi c\u0103ldura!<\/em><\/strong><br>   Evita\u021bi, pe c\u00e2t posibil, expunerea prelungit\u0103 \u015fi direct\u0103 la soare \u00een intervalul orar 11 \u2013 18 \u015fi utiliza\u021bi creme de protec\u0163ie pe zonele corpului expuse razelor solare;<br>   Evita\u021bi activit\u0103\u0163ile de exterior care necesita\u0306 un consum mare de energie (sport, gra\u0306dina\u0306rit, construc\u021bii, etc) \u00een perioadele cu temperaturi foarte mari, eventual pute\u021bi muta desf\u0103\u015furarea acestora \u00een perioadele din zi \u00een care temperaturile sunt mai sc\u0103zute;<br>   Sta\u021bi la umbr\u0103. La temperaturi peste 40 \u02daC ventilatoarele vor \u00eenc\u0103lzi corpul;<br>    Dac\u0103 utiliza\u021bi aer condi\u021bionat, seta\u021bi termostatul la 27 \u02daC \u0219i porni\u021bi un ventilator electric \u2013 acest lucru va face ca \u00een camer\u0103 s\u0103 se simt\u0103 mai rece cu 4 \u02daC.
